are in any of the categories below, you may be entitled to receive partial
or full support with the cost of eye examinations, and if required, spectacles
or contact lenses. Please contact us for details.

those under 16
- All
those over 60
- Full
time students under 19
- Those
receiving Income Support & their partners
- Those
receiving Family Tax Credit & their partners
- Those
on low income holding an HC2 certificate
- Medically
diagnosed diabetics
- Diagnosed
glaucoma patients
- Those
over 40 directly related to a glaucoma sufferer (brother, sister, child
or parent)
- The
partially sighted and registered blind
